Big thank you to Steve and Terry for installing our new combi boiler. They made the process incredibly painless and talked us through each stage. Having strangers in the house for three days can feel awkward but Steve and Terry made it feel very natural and were incredibly courteous throughout.

We had an installation of a Worcester boiler fitted. Slightly more expensive than other quotes. We decided on Steve because of how he dealt with the quote and his professionalism. Steve explained everything in layman terms. You cannot beat friendly service provided by Steve and Terry.
Highly recommended.

Steve was recommended to us by my brother-in-law to put a new heating system in for mum. She had an old back boiler which needed updating. Steve updated the whole system, new radiators, pipework, combi boiler, the works. We were very impressed at how cleanly he works, very tidy and respectful of your home. He did a fantastic job and mum is delighted. Steve himself is a very honest and hardworking person. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Recently used TSA for a domestic boiler service and a couple of radiator modifications. Steve carried out all the work in a clean and efficient manner and was happy to explain everything to me. He was on-time on each occasion and our heating system is working much better now! Above all, Steve is a really nice guy and I highly recommend TSA for your heating and plumbing jobs! He is on our calendar for our next boiler service!

Cannot recommend TSA highly enough. Very professional from survey through to completion. Installed new boiler and sorted out problem with old underfloor heating system. Clean, tidy work and happy to spend time explaining the new system.

TSA were recommended to us 6 years ago when they fitted a new bathroom for us. The job was second to none and faultless. We then used them to install a new boiler and radiators 5 years ago with
minimal disruption and mess. Genuinely good guys can\'t recommend highly enough. They have rescued us from a leaking pipe on a water pump (not anything they had fitted) and service our boiler every
year. You could not meet a friendlier more proficient team. It is so nice not to dread the having the plumber in! -
Terry & Steve recently refurbished my bathroom. They did a fantastic job, were very professional,reliable & efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend these guys.

Another excellent job from the lads at TSA. They installed a boiler for us at our previous house three years ago and made a wonderful job of it and have kept it serviced ever since. When we moved and
needed a new boiler we had no hesitation in inviting TSA to quote again and they gave a good competitive price and were able to do the job quickly. Came in on 10 March 2014 and were finished by the
following afternoon including some extra jobs we found for them to do. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. -
I had a prehistoric boiler that was long overdue to be replaced with a modern Worcester combi, along with removing & replacing old pipe work and the removal of redundant water tanks.
Steve & Terrance carried out a very professional, efficient job at a very competitive price.

I have just reviewed your new website and I must say i'm impressed.For those of you viewing this website I would like to say that I have known Steven and Terry for more than 12 years now. They have
installed and maintained my heating throughout this time. You couldn't find two more reliable, honest plumbers who give it to you straight and tell you how it is. They have sorted out my boiler
servicing and the 'odd emergency' at the drop of a hat. I have recommended them and will continue to do so always.
